1. Fill in all the necessary information in the form and send it to our booking center online. We will get back to you via emails or phone.
2. Please write three of your preference on booking time and salon. Also let us know the number of hairstyle, services, and coupons that you would like. The booking process can be completed if none of those are marked.
3. Please choose one of the below services that Kansai International Beauty Salon Net provides.
i) Booking service
ii) Beauty salon attendance short course
iii) Beauty salon attendance long course
4. If you would like the attendance service for a group of people, please send us one request by the representative person.
5. Cancellation fee occurs based on our terms of service.
6. The form has an accompanying person section. However, you cannot make more than one booking with one form. Please send us individual forms.
Step 2. Confirmation of the booking
1. Our booking center contact you soon after your appointment has confirmed with the salon. We’ll inform you of your service fee. Please pay at the salon by cash or credit card.
2. If you have any additional request, please talk to the staff at the salon. Our booking service doesn’t include translator attendance option. We are not responsible for your additional request.
Step 3. Booking complete
1. After our booking center contact you, please pay the service charge of Kansai Premium Salon 100 through Pay-pal. Your appointment will be completed once Pay-pal confirms your payment.
2. Cancel fee occurs based on our terms of service. This payment is processed through Pay-pal. There is no refund for any cancelation within three days of your appointment.
Step 4. Kansai Premium Salon 100 services
1. Booking service Please make sure to visit your salon on time.
2. Our attendant will meet the customer at the spot where he/she has chosen, accompany to the salon, and translate his/her request to his/her stylist in the counseling session. This course ends once the stylist start the requested service.
3. Our attendant will meet the customer at the spot where he/she has chosen in the booking form, accompany to the salon, translate his/her request to his/her stylist all the way from the counseling session to the end of the requested services. After leaving the salon, the attendant take the customer to the place where the customer has chosen in the booking form.
